Dear partners and customers, we want to inform you that our Chinese branch in Shenzhen changed its office location. Our partners are still located in the same district of Shenzhen Nanshan but right now office merged together with the assembling factory and production line.
Our management is absolutely confident that these changes for good because joint location allows managing the product development and production process with the higher efficiency than it was before. Before, product manager mostly was out of the factory during the product development and visit it during the production. Therefore, replies and communication with the overseas customers via e-mails and instant messengers was not as efficient as it should be. Right now, such problems do not exist anymore – product managers are always online and they can give prompt replies from the factory engineers. Photo from the assembly lines, pictures of all materials and packed goods will be sent immediately once they are ready.
Right now, the factory in Shenzhen is ready for the new orders with the huge amount and all high sales seasons over the world. Be sure, that all OEM orders of each amount will be produced in agreed terms.
