Flame Group officially informs that our developers released Android 8 for the chipset MediaTek 6739. That means, that firmware can be customized for any device based on Android MT6739 for every region (as smartphone, tablet, etc.).

MT6739 is an ARM-based quad-core processor with the maximum CPU frequency up to 1.5GHz. The maximum size of the supported RAM is 3GB. CPU support all core cellular technologies as CDMA2000 1x/EVDO Rev. A (SRLTE), EDGE, FDD / TDD LTE, GSM, TD-SCDMA, WDCDMA, GPS. It has Wi-Fi a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.2 (Low Energy). This is a good quality CPU for the middle-range handsets.
Please, do not forget that the GMS Certification of Android 7.0-7.1 based devices will be closed from 01.04.2018. Therefore, after this date only Android 8.0 (and higher) based devices will be authorized for an official approval of Google for future market launch.
